About Unveil
Unveil is a Louisville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to equipping and elevating young people so they can grow beyond the walls of academia and thrive in life. Our mission is to create spaces, tools, and experiences that empower students to step into their roles as change agents, innovators, and leaders in their communities.
Who We Serve
High school juniors and seniors preparing for postsecondary and career pathways
College students and young adults (18–30) seeking professional development, mentorship, and leadership opportunities
Local communities and institutions looking to invest in the next generation of changemakers
The Ambassador Program (Our Heartbeat)
The Unveil Ambassador Program is the centerpiece of our mission and the primary way we equip young adults to lead. Ambassadors are trained and empowered to serve as local leaders, facilitators, and advocates—helping us bring Unveil’s work directly into schools, neighborhoods, and community organizations.
What Ambassadors Do:
Deliver workshops and trainings to peers and youth
Facilitate partnerships between Unveil and local organizations
Represent Unveil in their communities as trusted leaders
Develop personal and professional skills through mentorship, training, and service
Why It Matters:
Youth-led impact: Ambassadors gain ownership of real community initiatives
Capacity building: Nonprofits, schools, and community groups get direct support
Equity of access: Ambassadors expand Unveil’s reach into neighborhoods that need it most

So, What Now? (SWN?) Podcast – A storytelling platform that audits the career and personal journeys of young adults while inspiring others to pursue growth beyond academia.
Workshops & Trainings – Practical, engaging sessions on leadership, workforce readiness, and personal development delivered in schools and community spaces.
