So, What Now? is a twice-monthly interview series where young adults ages 16–30 sit down for a career audit — a thoughtful, reflective, and constructive conversation about who they are, where they’re going, and what’s next.
Each episode is structured to be relatable, real, and redefining, helping guests discover clarity while giving listeners tools and encouragement to do the same.

Purpose
Why we do it
To create a space where young adults can:
-
Reflect on their journey so far
-
Unpack where they are right now
-
Map a meaningful path forward
All with support, feedback, and tools to act on it.
This show bridges storytelling and strategy, offering guests a voice and listeners a vision for their own lives.
Episode Format
The flow of the show
Every episode is structured into 3 intentional chapters:
-
So, What Happened?
→ The guest’s background, upbringing, passions, and defining moments -
So, What Now?
→ Their current status — where they’re studying, working, stuck, or searching -
So, What’s Next?
→ Their dreams, goals, fears, and forward plan — with live feedback and guidance
Each episode runs 45–60 minutes, combining meaningful dialogue with practical coaching.
