Cancellation Policy

The 1-Hour Strategy Consultation is designed as a focused, advisory working session to provide clarity, strategic direction, and actionable guidance. ⸻ Session Scope • Consultations are limited to strategic guidance, analysis, and recommendations. • The session does not include full project execution, implementation, or deliverable creation unless otherwise agreed upon. • Preparation is based on information provided in advance; additional follow-up work may require a separate engagement. ⸻ Scheduling & Timing • Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. • The consultation lasts 60 minutes and begins and ends at the scheduled time. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduling commitments. ⸻ Payment & Cancellation • Full payment is required prior to the session. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance. • Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund. ⸻ Use of Guidance • Recommendations provided are advisory in nature. • Implementation decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client. • The consultation does not establish an ongoing consulting or fiduciary relationship. ⸻ Policy Updates Thinkwell Strategies reserves the right to update this policy as needed to ensure service quality and operational clarity.
