Jayden Matzek is the Founder and Executive Director of Unveil Inc., a Louisville-based nonprofit empowering youth through faith, creativity, and leadership development. A 2025 Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of Louisville, Jayden blends technical insight with a passion for community impact. His work centers on helping young people uncover purpose and step confidently into their future.

Jayden Matzek is a visionary leader, speaker, and community builder driven by a mission to empower the next generation. As the Founder and Executive Director of Unveil Inc., Jayden launched the organization in 2023 to expose, expand, and enhance the goals of ambitious young people across Louisville. Through creative programming, mentorship, and faith-rooted leadership development, Unveil helps students uncover purpose and boldly pursue their callings.

Jayden is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where he earned a degree in Industrial Engineering in May 2025. His professional journey includes fellowships in research, innovation, and tech commercialization, as well as leadership roles in outreach and youth engagement at the university’s J.B. Speed School of Engineering. His work bridges strategic thinking with community impact—supporting student success, higher education pathways, and entrepreneurial growth.
